From your phone to the site and back, in days.
You say what you need seen. A local agent goes and films it. You look at the evidence and decide for yourself. Four steps, one flat price, no trip.

Tell us what you need seen
Give us the street, the area, and a landmark. Then tell us, in your own words, what you want the agent to look at: whether the land is fenced or built on, how far the roof has got, whether the shop actually opens, what the street outside the apartment looks like.
The more specific the brief, the more useful the evidence. "Show me the back of the building and the drainage" gets you a better visit than "check the house". If it is something we have no category for, choose Anything else and describe it.

A vetted agent goes to the address
An agent who works that zone travels to the location and captures photo and video of what is visibly present. Every capture carries GPS coordinates and a timestamp, locked in at the moment it is taken.
No location, no photo. Our own field app refuses an upload without a GPS fix, because a photo that cannot be placed is not evidence. Where a fix is unusually imprecise, the item is flagged rather than quietly passed off as exact.
- 03
Every item is quality-reviewed
Before anything reaches you, a reviewer checks each photo and video: is it clear, is it on-brief, was it taken at the right place. Anything below standard sends the agent back at no extra cost to you.
This is a check on quality, never on meaning. A reviewer confirms an image is sharp and correctly located. No one on our side decides whether what it shows is good news or bad.

Your evidence arrives
A PDF report lands in your portal summarising the visit and what was captured, with every photo and video available to download in full and share with family, partners, or your lawyer. Typically within days, not weeks.
The originals are yours to keep. Forward them, put them in front of a surveyor, or hand them to a lawyer. Evidence you can pass on is worth more than a summary only you saw.
And then we stop.
We do not inspect it, investigate it, grade it, or tell you what it means. Inspection, due diligence, and verification all sell you a conclusion. We sell you the ability to see, and the conclusion stays yours.
The questions people ask before ordering.
- What if the agent cannot get inside?
- Agents only go where they may lawfully go. If entry is not possible, they capture what can be seen from publicly accessible vantage points, and you get that evidence. Tell us up front if someone on site is expecting the visit, or give us a contact to ask for.
- Does anyone at the address have to know?
- No. You tell us whether the visit is expected or not, and we work accordingly. Many visits are precisely because the customer does not want a curated tour.
- What does it cost?
- One flat fee per visit, paid once, online. No subscription and no hidden charges. If evidence falls short of standard, the re-visit is at our cost, not yours.
- Where do you operate?
- Lagos zones are live now. You can still tell us where else you need us: picking a state we have not reached yet registers the demand, and that is how we decide where to go next.
- Can you check documents or title?
- No. We show what is physically present at an address on the day of the visit. For documents, title, structural integrity, or valuation, use a lawyer or a licensed professional. Our evidence is one input to that work, never a replacement for it.
