Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026 · Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Power Supreme Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating the Overt NG service ("Overt NG," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use overtng.com and its client portal (the "Platform") or order our on-site evidence service (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Summary in plain language: we collect what we need to run your account, complete your visit, and deliver your evidence; we send visit details to our local agent in Nigeria so they can perform your visit; payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your full card number; we don't sell your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account details: name, email address and/or phone number, optional country, password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Order details: the address to be visited, landmarks, instructions, whether the visit is expected, and — if you choose to provide them — the name and phone number of an on-site contact.
  • Communications: messages you send through the contact form or support channels.
  • Marketing preferences: your opt-in choices.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and device data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and session information (used for security, sessions management, and to operate the Platform).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8.

Information created by performing the Service:

  • Evidence media: photographs and video captured at the address you specify, with GPS coordinates and capture timestamps, and the reports we assemble from them.

Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor (currently Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, currency, and a payment reference — we do not receive or store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and secure your account (including one-time passcodes and session management);
  • Process orders and payments and deliver the Service, including scheduling and performing site visits;
  • Deliver evidence and reports to you through the Platform and notify you of order progress;
  • Provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
  • Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform (including fraud and abuse prevention);
  • Record interest in coverage areas we don't serve yet, and contact you when we launch there;
  • Send marketing communications only if you opted in (you can withdraw at any time);
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your evidence or order details for advertising.

3. Sharing With Our Agents in Nigeria

To perform your visit, we share the minimum necessary order details with the assigned local agent: the address, landmarks, instructions, visit-awareness status, and any on-site contact details you provided. Agents are bound by confidentiality obligations, are instructed to use this information solely to perform the visit, and do not receive your payment details or account credentials.

By placing an order you consent to this transfer of your order information to Nigeria, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

4. On-Site Contacts and Third Parties You Identify

If you provide an on-site contact's name and phone number, you confirm you have the right to share those details with us for the purpose of arranging the visit, and that you have informed them where appropriate. We use these details only to perform the visit.

5. People Appearing in Evidence

Our Service documents places, not people. Agents are instructed to focus on the property, site, business premises, or asset. Members of the public may nevertheless appear incidentally in photographs or video captured in or from public places. We retain such media as part of the evidence record and do not use it to identify individuals. If you believe you appear in evidence and wish to raise a concern, contact us (Section 12).

6. Service Providers We Use

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, only as needed to run the Service:

  • Payments: Stripe (payment processing; subject to Stripe's own privacy policy);
  • Cloud hosting and storage: Microsoft Azure (application hosting, database, and secure evidence storage);
  • Communications: SMS and email delivery providers (one-time passcodes, notifications);
  • Analytics and advertising platforms: see Section 8.

We may also disclose information: to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests; to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, agents, the public, or us; and in connection with a corporate transaction (such as the planned reorganization of the Overt NG business into a successor entity), in which case this Policy continues to apply and notice will be given.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure as needed for legal, tax, dispute, and record-keeping purposes.
  • Evidence and reports: retained as part of the order record — this is a core feature (your evidence remains available to you) and a compliance safeguard (dispute and fraud defense).
  • Payment records: retained per legal and accounting requirements.
  • OTP codes: stored only as hashes and expire within minutes.

You may request deletion per Section 10; some records must be retained where law or legitimate dispute-defense requires.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use:

  • Essential cookies — sign-in sessions and security (cannot be disabled);
  • Analytics — to understand how the Platform is used and improve it;
  • Product analytics and session replay: Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interaction data (clicks, scrolling, and page navigation) and sets its own cookies, so we can see where the Platform is confusing or broken. Clarity is configured to mask text and form-field values, we do not send it your name or account identifiers, and it loads only if you accept Analytics cookies.
  • Advertising pixels/tags — to measure our ad campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google), which may involve those platforms setting cookies or receiving limited event data (such as "visited site" or "completed checkout").

Where required by law, we request consent via a cookie banner, and you can adjust preferences there or in your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies does not affect the Service.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and OTP codes, token-based session security with anomaly detection, private evidence storage accessible only through short-lived signed links, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR, US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, and Nigeria's NDPA), you may have rights to:

  • Access a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information (much of this you can do directly in the portal);
  • Delete your information, subject to lawful retention needs;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including withdrawing marketing consent at any time;
  • Data portability;
  • Complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any right, contact us (Section 12). We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children

The Platform and Service are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
